个人简介

国家高层次人才计划青年项目入选者，江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人。河海大学本硕博，师从刘汉龙院士，读博期间赴加拿大Ryerson大学访学15个月。2010年入职南京工业大学以来作为第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文40余篇，授权中国发明专利30余项、国际专利2项，登记软件著作权6项；主持国家自然科学基金面上（2项）、青年基金，中国博士后面上基金、特别资助项目、企业委托开发等15项科研项目。获中国地震局防震减灾科技成果奖三等奖1项，江苏省岩土力学与工程学会科学技术奖一等奖1项。兼任江苏省地震学会副理事长、江苏省岩土力学与工程学会理事等。

人才培养方面，指导本科生获中国国际互联网+大学生创新创业大赛入围全国总决赛1项、省赛一等奖、二等奖各1项，江苏省优秀毕业设计二等奖，主编出版江苏省重点教材/十四五住建部规划教材1部。获南京工业大学“师德十佳”、“巾帼文明标兵”等荣誉称号。

研究方向

课题组长期从事地下空间工程领域的技术研发和研究工作，包括软基处理及土动力学、基础设施防灾减灾、固废处理与资源化利用等方面。
