个人简介
二级教授,全国创新争先奖章获得者,中国化工学会会士,享受国务院特殊津贴专家,教育部食品科学与工程教学指导委委员,国家重点研发计划绿色生物制造专项首席科学家。主要从事生物技术研究,通过“生物+”技术融合,服务农业、日化和食品健康产业。授权发明专利65件,其中30多件已转化应用,制定行业标准1项,发表论文140余篇,出版专著2部。研究成果获国家技术发明二等奖1项、国家科技进步一等奖1项、江苏省科技进步一等奖1项、教育部技术发明一等奖1项等省部级以上奖8项,并获中国专利奖银奖、首届江苏省专利发明人奖等荣誉。

主要从事生物高分子制造与应用方向研究,具体包括:

2. 发酵工程;
3. 生物制造;
4. 生物高分子材料。
