个人简介

国家高层次人才计划青年项目入选者,2009和2013年分别在武汉大学和香港科技大学获学士和博士学位;2014至2017年在日内瓦大学从事博士后研究。2017年5月加入南京工业大学。共发表SCI学术论文100余篇,其中以(共同)通讯作者身份在Nature Materials、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、Physical Review Letters、Nano Letters、ACS Nano上发表学术论文50余篇。


研究方向

面向后摩尔时代尺寸集成和功能集成的综合发展需求,课题组长期聚焦二维半导体光电材料与器件,通过材料合成、物性探究和功能器件的一体化界面设计,率先发展具有原子级厚度、丰富高效功能的二维卤化物新概念材料。现阶段的主要研究方向包括:

1. 基于异质界面生长机理,开发优异光电材料向超薄二维尺寸集成发展的制备方法;

2. 基于异质界面耦合作用,探究互补型异质结构展现单一材料难以具备的新奇物性;

3. 基于异质界面功能集成,构筑具有光学感知-电荷存储-逻辑运算的感存算集成器件。
