个人简介
2005和2012年分别在南京理工大学和新加坡南洋理工大学获学士和博士学位;2012至2016年在新加坡南洋理工大学从事博士后研究。2016年6月入选国家高层次人才计划青年项目,2018年入选江苏省双创人才项目,2021年获“江苏省杰出青年基金”支持,先后获南京市留学人员科技创新项目择优资助,江苏省自然科学青年基金项目(BK20170984)以及国家自然科学基金面上项目(21871138,22271151)等一系列资助。近年来在Chem, Nature Communications, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Cell reports Physical Science, Chemical Science, ACS Catalysis上发表学术论文60余篇。
研究方向
课题组长期致力于有机氟化学研究,以及可见光促进有机合成新反应研究, 以开发具有潜在药用价值和生物活性潜质基本骨架的构建方法为导向开展系统的科学研究工作,为药物合成提供新的思路。现阶段的主要研究方向包括:
1. 基于廉价亲核性氟化试剂发展多样性氟化双官能化反应;
2. 基于芳基单电子氧化促进惰性π体系的远程官能化反应研究;
3. 发展多模式催化体系实现多氟化合物选择性碳氟键官能化反应;
4. 基于自由基β-裂解开发多样化功能性分子的精准高效合成。
